Liked the process and concept of working with what you have. Do you have some kind of a rule for the ratio of sweet (e.g. pineapple juice) to bitter/boozy ingredients?
Generally speaking in a drink with 3-3.25 oz of liquid (about as much as will fit in a coupe or a Nick and Nora style glass or a rocks glass with ice), I usually keep it to roughly 1/4 of the beverage for something like juice, so usually .75 oz or so. It can vary but that's a pretty tried and true ratio and I don't usually use a lot of juice unless I'm scaling up to something in a much larger glass, but it can also depend on how strong the liquor I'm using is too
